About the Author
Monsignor Michael Chaback has been director of the Office of the Permanent Diaconate for the Diocese of Allentown since 2008. Formed at the Pontifical Roman Seminary and ordained by Paul VI in 1970, Chaback earned his STD from the Pontifical Lateran University. He taught at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary from 1972 until 1992, and has held a number of positions in his diocese, in particular serving as a pastor for sixteen years.
